Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I take refuge of the One Who creates the Daybreak.” 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 from the evil of the darkness when it gathers 3 From the evil of sorceresses who blow incantations on knots, 4 And from the evil of the envier when he envieth. 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
