Lo! the tree of Zaqqum, 43 is food for the sinner. 44 Like the dregs of all! It shall seethe in the bellies: 45 like the boiling of hot water. 46 'Seize him and drag him into the center of Hell. 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 'Taste! Surely thou art the mighty, the noble. 49 "Verily! This is that whereof you used to doubt!" 50 Verily the God-fearing will be in a place secure 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 Dressed in fine silk and (also) in thick silk, facing each other, 53 Even so; and We shall espouse them to wide-eyed houris, 54 There can they call for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They will not taste death again in it, except their former death; and Allah has saved them from the punishment of fire. 56 as a favour from your Lord. That is the great triumph. 57 So have We made it easy in your tongue that they may be mindful. 58 So wait thou [for what the future will bring]: behold, they, too, are waiting. 59
