Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 Would that you knew what the crash is! 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains shall become as wool carded, 5 So for one whose scales prove heavy, 6 will have a most pleasing life. 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 And what shall teach thee what is the Pit? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
