Indeed, it is We who have sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Qur'an progressively. 23 Therefore wait patiently for the command of your Lord, and obey not from among them a sinner or an ungrateful one. 24 And remember thou the name of thy Lord in the morning and in the evening. 25 Prostrate before Him and glorify Him extensively during the night. 26 As to these, they love the fleeting life, and put away behind them a Day (that will be) hard. 27 We created them, and We strengthened their joints; and, when We will, We shall exchange their likes. 28 Indeed, this is a reminder, so he who wills may take to his Lord a way. 29 But you cannot will it unless God wills [to show you that way] -- God is indeed all-knowing and wise -- 30 For He admits into His mercy whomsoever He will; as for the evildoers, He has prepared for them a painful chastisement. 31
