Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the winds sent forth in swift succession, 1 and then storming on with a tempest's force, 2 and by the scatterers scattering (rain) 3 thus separating [right and wrong] with all clarity, 4 and then cast (Allah's) remembrance (in people's hearts), 5 to excuse some and warn others: 6 Surely that which ye are promised will befall. 7 So when the stars are obliterated 8 Heavens will rent asunder. 9 and the mountains scattered, 10 The Messengers will receive their appointments. 11 For which day were they appointed? 12 For the Day of Judgement. 13 And what will make you comprehend what the day of decision is? 14 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 15 Did We not destroy the ancients? 16 So shall We make later generations to follow them. 17 Thus do We deal with men of sin. 18 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 19 Have We not created you from a fluid (held) despicable?- 20 which We placed within a sure lodging 21 For a known term? 22 Thus We have determined the stages of development and Our power to determine is excellent indeed. 23 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 24 Have We not made the earth (as a place) to draw together. 25 the living and the dead? 26 And made therein mountains standing firm, lofty (in stature); and provided for you water sweet (and wholesome)? 27 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 28 'Depart unto that which ye were wont to belie. 29 Depart unto the shadow three branched: 30 Neither shady nor protecting against the blazing Fire. 31 it throws spits as (high as a huge) palace, 32 and yellow camels. 33 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 34 This is the day they shall not speak 35 And they will not be permitted to put forth any excuse. 36 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 37 That is the Day of Judgment. We will bring you together with all the ancient peoples. 38 If now you have any strategy, use it against Me. 39 Woe on the day unto the beliers! 40
