۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 “And indeed they have angered all of us.” 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 We therefore got them out from the gardens and water springs. 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 Moses said, "Certainly not. My Lord is with me and He will certainly guide me." 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
