Noah said: My Lord! Lo! they have disobeyed me and followed one whose wealth and children increase him in naught save ruin; 21 "And they have devised a tremendous Plot. 22 "And they have said: 'You shall not leave your gods, nor shall you leave Wadd, nor Suwa', nor Yaghuth, nor Ya'uq, nor Nasr (names of the idols); 23 And they misled many. So do not give the evil-doers increase but in error. 24 They were drowned because of their habitual sinfulness, and sent to Hell, and did not find any helper other than God. 25 Noah said: "O Lord, do not leave a single habitation of unbelievers on the earth. 26 "If You leave them, they will mislead Your slaves, and they will beget none but wicked disbelievers." 27 My Lord! forgive me and my parents and him who entereth my house as a believer, and believing men and believing women, and increase not the wrong-doers in aught save ruin! 28
