The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion, 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 And man says: What has befallen her? 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it! 7 And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
