Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

HAVE YOU SEEN him who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 Woe, therefore, unto such performers of prayer. 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 Those who (want but) to be seen (of men), 6 And refuse Al-Ma'un (small kindnesses e.g. salt, sugar, water, etc.). 7

Almighty Allah's Truth.
