So also was Jonah among those sent (by Us). 139 [Mention] when he ran away to the laden ship. 140 Then he joined the lots, and was of the condemned. 141 and the fish swallowed him while he was blaming himself. 142 And had he not been of those who exalt Allah, 143 he would certainly have remained inside the fish until the Day of Resurrection. 144 ۞ Then We cast him on to the vacant surface of the earth while he was sick. 145 and We caused to grow over him a tree of gourds. 146 We sent him as a messenger to a hundred thousand people or more, 147 and they believed in him: so We let them live in ease for a while. 148 Now ask them whether your Lord has daughters, whereas they have sons. 149 Or did We make the angels females, and they witnessed it? 150 Behold, it is one of their fabrications that they say: 151 “Allah has begotten.” They are liars! 152 Has He chosen daughters above sons? 153 What ails you that you judge in such a wise? 154 Will ye not then reflect? 155 Or, do you have a clear authority? 156 Produce, then, that divine writ of yours, if you are speaking the truth! 157 They have set up a kinship between Him and the jinn; and the jinn know that they shall be arraigned. 158 God is too glorious to be described as they describe Him 159 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 160 Wherefore verily neither ye nor that which ye worship, 161 can lure away from God any 162 except for he who shall roast in Hell. 163 And the angels say, “Each one of us has an appointed known position.” 164 Lo! we, even we are they who set the ranks, 165 And verily we! we hallow. 166 And indeed, the disbelievers used to say, 167 "Had we received guidance from the people living before us, 168 We would have been the chosen creatures of God." 169 And yet, [now that this divine writ has been placed before them,] they refuse to acknowledge it as true! In time, however, they will come to know [what it was that they had rejected]: 170 And indeed Our Word has already gone forth for Our bondmen who were sent. 171 that they shall receive Our help 172 and that it is Our host that would certainly triumph. 173 So turn away from them for a while. 174 And see [what will befall] them, for they are going to see. 175 Would they hasten on Our doom? 176 But when it shall descend in their court, evil shall then be the morning of the warned ones. 177 So turn away from them for a while. 178 And (then) see, for they too shall see. 179 Exalted be your Lord, the Lord of Glory, above what they attribute to Him, 180 And Peace on the messengers! 181 and praise be to God, the Lord of all the Worlds. 182
God the Almighty always says the truth.

Notes and Instructions
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
