Nooh 2 of 2

Noah said: "O my Lord! They have disobeyed me, but they follow (men) whose wealth and children give them no increase but only Loss. 21 And they have planned a very great plan. 22 They said: “Do not abandon your deities; do not abandon Wadd, nor Suwa, nor Yaghuth, nor Yauq, nor Nasr. 23 They have misled many and the unjust will achieve nothing but more error". 24 Because of their sins they were drowned, then made to enter a Fire. And they found they had no helpers in place of Allah. 25 And Nuh said: my Lord! leave not upon the earth of the infidels one inhabitant. 26 If you leave them, they will lead Your creatures astray, and beget but iniquitous and ungrateful offspring. 27 "O my Sustainer! Grant Thy forgiveness unto me and unto my parents, and unto everyone who enters my house as a believer, and unto all believing men and believing women [of later times]; and grant Thou that the doers of evil shall increasingly meet with destruction!" 28

True are the words of God the Almighty.
