VERILY, those who are conscious of God [shall find themselves in the hereafter] amidst gardens and springs, 45 and they will be told to enter there in peace and safety. 46 And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other. 47 They shall face no fatigue in it, nor shall they ever be driven out of it. 48 ۞ Announce, (O Muhammad) unto My slaves that verily I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 and that My chastisement is the painful chastisement. 50 And inform them of Ibrahim’s guests. 51 When they came to Abraham they said: "Peace be upon you!" He replied: "Indeed we feel afraid of you." 52 They replied, "Do not be afraid. We have brought you the glad news of (the birth) of a learned son". 53 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Do you give me glad tidings (of a son) when old age has overtaken me? Of what then is your news?" 54 They said: we bear tidings of a truth; be then thou not of the desponding. 55 "Who would despair of the mercy of his Lord," he answered, "but those who go astray." 56 He added: "And what [else] may you have in view, O you [heavenly] messengers?" 57 They said, 'We have been sent unto a people of sinners, 58 (All) save the family of Lot. Them we shall deliver every one, 59 all together, excepting his wife -- we have decreed, she shall surely be of those that tarry.' 60
