The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 These are the verses of the perspicuous Book. 2 Belike thou shalt kill thyself with grief because they become not believers. 3 We could send down from the heavens a sign to them if We pleased, before which their heads would remain bowed. 4 Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it. 5 Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff. 6 Do they not observe the earth, how much of every good kind We cause to grow therein? 7 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
