(Recount to them about the time) when Your Lord called Moses: "Go to the wrong-doing people, 10 The people of Fir'aun (Pharaoh). Will they not fear Allah and become righteous?" 11 He said: My Lord! Lo! I fear that they will deny me, 12 “I feel hesitant, and my tongue does not speak fast, therefore make Haroon also a Noble Messenger.” 13 "And they have a charge of crime against me, and I fear they will kill me." 14 Said He: "Not so, indeed! Go forth, then, both of you, with Our messages: verily, We shall be with you, listening [to your call]! 15 Go to Pharaoh and say, 'We are the messengers of the Lord of the worlds, 16 Let the children of Israel go with us!'" 17 Said Firaun, “Did we do not raise you amongst us, as a child? And you spent many years of your life among us!” 18 And you commited what you did, and you are ungrateful!" 19 Moses replied: "I committed that act erringly. 20 Then I fled for fear of you. Then my Lord bestowed wisdom and authority on me and made me one of the Messengers. 21 But the favour you oblige me with is that you have enslaved the children of Israel." 22 Said Pharaoh: "And what [and who] is that 'Sustainer of all the worlds'?" 23 [Moses] said, "The Lord of the heavens and earth and that between them, if you should be convinced." 24 Said Firaun to those around him, “Are you not listening with attention?” 25 He said, 'Your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients.' 26 Said he, 'Surely your Messenger who was sent to you is possessed!' 27 Musa (Moses) said: "Lord of the east and the west, and all that is between them, if you did but understand!" 28 Pharaoh said, "If you put forward any god other than me, I will surely put you in prison". 29 (Moses) said: "Even if I showed you something clear (and) convincing?" 30 Pharaoh said: "Then bring it if you are truthful at all." 31 Moses threw his staff and suddenly it became a serpent. 32 And he drew out his hand, and behold, it was white to all beholders! 33

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
