The people of Noah cried lies to the Envoys 105 When their brother Nuh (Noah) said to them: "Will you not fear Allah and obey Him? 106 “I am indeed a trustworthy Noble Messenger of Allah to you.” 107 "So fear Allah, and obey me. 108 I ask of you no wage for this; my wage falls only upon the Lord of all Being; 109 So fear God and follow me." 110 ۞ They replied, "Are we to believe in you when your followers are but the lowest of the low?" 111 He said: 'I have no knowledge of what they have done. 112 My Lord alone can bring them to account, if only you could understand, 113 And I am not going to drive away the believers; 114 I am only a plain admonisher." 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will, certainly, be stoned to death." 116 Noah said, "My Lord, my people have rejected me, 117 “Therefore make a decisive judgement between me and them, and rescue me and the believers along with me.” 118 We saved him and those who were with him in the laden ship, 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them were not believers. 121 But surely your Lord is mighty and merciful. 122
