VERILY, those who are conscious of God [shall find themselves in the hereafter] amidst gardens and springs, 45 'In peace and security, enter them' 46 And [by then] We shall have removed whatever unworthy thoughts or feelings may have been [lingering] in their breasts, [and they shall rest] as brethren, facing one another [in love] upon thrones of happiness. 47 Neither any hardship is to reach them in it, nor are they to be expelled from it. 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 and [also,] that the suffering which I shall impose [on sinners] will indeed be a suffering most grievous. 50 And inform them about the guests of Abraham, 51 When they entered unto him, and said: Salaman (peace)! [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Indeed! We are afraid of you." 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 "You bring me the good news now," he said, "when old age has come upon me. What good news are you giving me then?" 54 They answered: "We have given thee the glad tiding of something that is bound to come true. So be not of those who abandon hope!" 55 Abraham said: "Who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except the misguided?" 56 He said: What is your business then, O apostles? 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 “Except the family of Lut; we shall rescue all of them.” 59 But not his wife; we have decreed that she will be of those staying behind. 60
