(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 and raised its vault high and proportioned it; 28 He has made its nights dark and its days bright. 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 produced water and grass therefrom, 31 And stabilized the mountains 32 (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 And the hell shall be made manifest to him who sees 36 then he who transgressed 37 and preferred the life of this world, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Lo! the Garden will be his home. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 What concern do you have to speak about that? 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46
