The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the fig and the olive 1 and the Mount, Sinai, 2 And [by] this secure city [Makkah], 3 We have certainly created man in the best of stature; 4 then We reverted him to the lowest of the low, 5 Except such as believe and do righteous deeds: For they shall have a reward unfailing. 6 Who, then, can give the lie to you, (O Prophet), about the Reward and the Punishment? 7 Is not Allah the Greatest Judge upon all judges? 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
