Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

BEHOLD, from on high have We bestowed this [divine writ] on Night of Destiny. 1 And what will make you comprehend what the Night of Destiny is? 2 The Night of Honor is better than a thousand months, 3 Therein descend the angels and the Ruh [Jibrael (Gabriel)] by Allah's Permission with all Decrees, 4 It is peace till the dawning of the day. 5

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
