Verily those who keep away from evil and follow the straight path shall be in the midst of gardens and springs of water. 45 Enter therein in peace, secure. 46 We shall remove all hatred from their breasts and make them as brothers reclining on thrones facing one another. 47 no fatigue there shall smite them, neither shall they ever be driven forth from there. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I am indeed the Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful; 49 And that My punishment-- that is the painful punishment. 50 And inform them of Ibrahim’s guests. 51 (How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you. 52 Said they: "Fear not! Behold, we bring thee the glad tiding of [the birth of] a son who will be endowed with deep knowledge." 53 He said, "Have you given me good tidings although old age has come upon me? Then of what [wonder] do you inform?" 54 "We have given you the happy tidings of a truth," they replied. "So do not be one of those who despair." 55 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?" 56 Messengers, what is your task?" 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 All except the household of Lut; surely we are going to deliver all of them. 59 Except his wife; We ordained that she shall surely be of those who remain behind. 60
