The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 who created all things and gave them due proportions, 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 And who brings out the pasture 4 Then turneth it to russet stubble. 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 Unless God may please. He knows the visible and knows what is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to the easy. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 He will heed who feareth, 10 But the most hapless will flout it, 11 he who [in the life to come] shall have to endure the great fire 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 But ye prefer the life of the world 16 Though the life to come is better and abiding. 17 Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, 18 The scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
