The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 who has ordained and guided, 3 Who brings out the pastures 4 and thereupon causes it to decay into rust-brown stubble! 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 Except what Allah wills; indeed He knows all the evident and all the concealed. 7 And We shall make easy unto thee the easy way. 8 Wherefore admonish thou; admonition hath surely profited, 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 He who purifies himself, 14 And recites the name of his Lord and serves with devotion. 15 Nay (behold), ye prefer the life of this world; 16 While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation),- 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
