And indeed We gave Moosa the Book, hence there was discord regarding it; and were it not for a Word that had been previously passed from your Lord, the matter would have immediately been decided regarding them; and indeed they are in an intriguing doubt concerning it. 110 Surely your Lord will recompense all to the full for their deeds. For indeed He is well aware of all what they do. 111 Therefore remain firm the way you are commanded to, and those who have turned along with you, and O people do not rebel; indeed He is seeing your deeds. 112 Do not lean towards the wicked, or you will be caught in the flames of Hell, and have none to befriend you other than God, nor will you be given help. 113 And establish prayer at the two ends of the day and at the approach of the night. Indeed, good deeds do away with misdeeds. That is a reminder for those who remember. 114 And be patient, for surely Allah does not waste the reward of the good-doers. 115 Why were there not, out of the generations that passed away before you, righteous men who would forbid others from causing corruption on the earth? And if such were there, they were only a few whom We had saved from those generations, or else the wrong-doers kept pursuing the ease and comfort which had been conferred upon them, thus losing themselves in sinfulness. 116 And thy Lord is not one to destroy cities wrongously while the inhabitants thereof are rectifiers. 117 If your Lord had wished, He would have made mankind into one community. As it is, they will not cease to dispute, -- 118 except for those on whom your Lord has mercy. And it is for this (exercise of freedom of choice) that He has created them. And the word of your Lord was fulfilled: 'Indeed I will fill the Hell, with men and jinn, altogether.' 119 And all that We recount unto thee of the stories of the apostles is in order that We may make firm thy heart thereby. And in this there hath come to thee truth and an exhortation and an admonition unto the believers. 120 Say to those who do not believe, you do things in your way and we are doing things in our way, 121 "And wait ye! We too shall wait." 122 And Allah's is the unseen in the heavens and the earth, and to Him is returned the whole of the affair; therefore serve Him and rely on Him, and your Lord is not heedless of what you do. 123
True are the words of God the Almighty.
