Did you (O Muhammad SAW) observe him who turned away (from Islam). 33 And gave a little, then was grudging? 34 Is with him the knowledge of the unseen so that he sees? 35 Or, has he not been informed of what is in the scriptures of Musa? 36 And [of] Abraham, who fulfilled [his obligations] - 37 That no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another 38 and that man shall have nothing but what he has striven for, 39 And that his endeavour shall be presently observed. 40 Then he will be fully repaid for it? 41 and that the final end is with your Lord, 42 It is He who causes laughter and weeping. 43 And that it is He (Allah) Who causes death and gives life; 44 and He it is Who created the two kinds, the male and the female, 45 From a seed when lodged (in its place); 46 That the second creation is incumbent on Him; 47 That it is He Who giveth wealth and satisfaction; 48 And that it is He Who is the Lord of Sirius. 49 And that He destroyed the former 'A-ad. 50 And destroyed the tribe of Thamud, not sparing anyone? 51 And the people of Nuh (Noah) aforetime, verily, they were more unjust and more rebellious and transgressing [in disobeying Allah and His Messenger Nuh (Noah)]. 52 and the Subverted City He also overthrew, 53 and caused them to be covered with that which He covered them with. 54 Then which of the Graces of your Lord (O man!) will you doubt. 55 THIS IS a warning like those warnings of old: 56 The near event draws nigh. 57 There is no one to unveil it apart from God. 58 Do you then wonder at this recital (the Quran)? 59 Why do you laugh rather than weep? 60 indulging in carelessly idle games? 61 Rather, prostrate to Allah and worship Him. ۩ 62
