The Comet (Al-Taareq)
17 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Town (Al-Balad) before The Moon (Al-Qamar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the heavens and that which comes in the night -- 1 How will you comprehend what the night star is? 2 (It is) the star of piercing brightness; 3 No human soul but hath a guardian over it. 4 So let man consider of what he was created; 5 He is created from a drop emitted- 6 that issues from between the loins and the ribs. 7 Most surely He is able to return him (to life). 8 On the Day when secrets are disclosed, 9 he will have no power, nor anyone to help him. 10 By the heaven with its recurring cycle of rain, 11 and by the earth bursting with vegetation; 12 Most surely it is a decisive word, 13 And it is no joke. 14 Verily, they are but plotting a plot (against you O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)). 15 And I am plotting a plot. 16 Therefore respite the unbelievers, and delay them for a while. 17
Almighty God's Truth.

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
