The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who has created and shaped, 2 who determines the nature [of all that exists], and guided it accordingly; 3 Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 he who [in the life to come] shall have to endure the great fire 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, 18 the Scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
