Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 and who does not urge the feeding of the poor? 3 So woe to those who pray 4 and are heedless of their prayers, 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 and refuse charity. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
