AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 And the earth – We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs, that haply ye may remember. 49 So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 50 Do not set up another god with God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 51 Likewise, no Messenger came to those before them, but they said: "A sorcerer or a madman!" 52 Have they arrived at a common understanding concerning this? No; but they are a people given to transgression. 53 Therefore turn away from them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), – so there is no blame upon you. 54 And remind; the Reminder profits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 woe, then, to those who are bent on denying the truth, when the Day arrives which they have been promised. 60
