۞ [And God will thus command:] "Assemble all those who were bent on evildoing, together with others of their ilk and [with] all that they were wont to worship 22 “Instead of Allah and herd them to the path leading to hell.” 23 "But stop them, for they must be asked: 24 'Why do you not help one another? 25 Nay, but that Day they shall surrender, 26 They will turn to each other saying, 27 (The followers will say to their leaders): “You used to come to us from the right hand.” 28 They will reply: "Nay, you yourselves were not believers. 29 We had no authority over you, but you were an insolent nation. 30 The statement of Our Lord is realized against us, and we are tasting it, 31 "So we led you astray because we were ourselves astray." 32 On that Day, they will all share the chastisement. 33 As such We shall deal with the evildoers. 34 For they, when they were told that there is no god except Allah, would puff themselves up with Pride, 35 And they used to say, “Shall we forsake our Gods upon the sayings of a mad poet?” 36 Nay! he (Muhammad SAW) has come with the truth (i.e. Allah's Religion - Islamic Monotheism and this Quran) and he confirms the Messengers (before him who brought Allah's religion - Islamic Monotheism). 37 Ye shall indeed taste of the Grievous Penalty;- 38 and will be recompensed only for what you deserve. 39 But the bondmen of Allah, the sincere ones 40 Those! theirs shall be a provision known: 41 fruits -- and they high-honoured 42 In Gardens of Delight. 43 They will be seated upon couches set face to face; 44 There will be circulated among them a cup [of wine] from a flowing spring, 45 Clear, delicious to drink, 46 but not harmful or intoxicating. 47 and with them wide-eyed maidens restraining their glances 48 who are as chaste as sheltered eggs. 49 They will turn to one another with questions: 50 And a speaker from among them will say: verily there was unto me a mate. 51 who used to ask, 'Do you really believe that 52 When we are dead and turned to dust and bones, shall we be recompensed?" 53 He shall say: Will you look on? 54 And he will look and see him in the midst of the Hellfire. 55 He will say to him: -- By Allah, you almost ruined me. 56 for had it not been for my Sustainer's favour, I would surely be [now] among those who are given over [to suffering]! 57 But then, [O my friends in paradise,] is it [really] so that we are not to die 58 "Except our first death, and we shall not be punished? (after we have entered Paradise)." 59 This will indeed be great happiness. 60 For such a reward should the workers perform. 61 Is this better as an entertainment or the tree of Zaqqum? 62 Verily, We have caused it to be a trial for evildoers: 63 (Zaqqum) is a tree which grows from the deepest part of hell, 64 Its emerging fruit as if it was heads of the devils. 65 And verily they must eat thereof and fill their bellies therewith. 66 On top of it they shall have a brew of boiling water, 67 And afterward, lo! their return is surely unto hell. 68 They found their father going astray 69 So they (too) made haste to follow in their footsteps! 70 And indeed most of the men of old went astray before them; 71 And certainly We sent among them warners. 72 Then look how was the end of those who were warned - 73 Except the sincere (and devoted) Servants of Allah. 74

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
