And Allah's is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; and on the day when the hour shall come to pass, on that day shall they perish who say false things. 27 And thou shalt behold each community kneeling; each community shall be summoned to its Book. Today, ye shall be recompensed for that which ye have been working. 28 This Our Book pronounceth against you with truth. Lo! We have caused (all) that ye did to be recorded. 29 And as for those who have believed and done deeds of righteousness, their Lord shall admit them into His mercy; that is the manifest triumph. 30 But, to the unbelievers (it will be said): 'Were My verses not recited to you, but you were proud and were you not a sinful nation' 31 Whenever it was said: 'God's promise is certainly true, and there is no doubt about the Hour,' you replied: 'We know not what the Hour is. We have only a vague idea, but are not certain.' 32 Then will appear to them the evil (fruits) of what they did, and they will be completely encircled by that which they used to mock at! 33 And it will be said, “This day We shall forsake you, the way you had forgotten the confronting of this day of yours – and your destination is the fire, and you do not have any supporters.” 34 This because you laughed at God's revelations and were taken in by the life of the world." So they will neither be taken out of it, nor will be asked to seek God's favour on that day. 35 Then, to Allah belongs [all] praise - Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord of the worlds. 36 And His alone is the Majesty in the heavens and the earth, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 37
