With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 And in everything have We created opposites, so that you might bear in mind [that God alone is One]. 49 (Muhammad), tell them,"Seek refuge in God. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you. 50 And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 51 Even so there came no messenger unto those before them but they said: A wizard or a madman! 52 Have they, perchance, handed down this [way of thinking] as a legacy unto one another? Nay, they are people filled with overweening arrogance! 53 So turn away thou from them, not thou art blameworthy. 54 But go on reminding them, as reminding benefits the believers. 55 And I have not created the jinn and the men except that they should serve Me. 56 I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong. 58 The evildoers shall have their portion, like the portion of their fellows; so let them not hasten Me! 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
