Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The excessive gathering (of increase and boasting) occupied you (from worshipping and obeying) 1 Until you visit the graveyards. 2 Nay, but ye will come to know! 3 And once again: Nay, in time you will come to understand! 4 Indeed, were you to know the truth with certainty, 5 Verily, You shall see the blazing Fire (Hell)! 6 Then ye shall surely behold with the surety of vision. 7 Then, on that Day, you will be called to account for all the bounties you enjoyed. 8

Almighty God's Truth.
