Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 And all that ye see not 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 It is a revelation sent down by the Sustainer of the Universe: 43 Now if he [whom We have entrusted with it] had dared to attribute some [of his own] sayings unto Us, 44 We assuredly had taken him by the right hand 45 Then would have cut off his heart’s artery. 46 And not one of you could have held Us off from him. 47 And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous. 48 And most surely We know that some of you are rejecters. 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
