Indeed, it is We who have sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Qur'an progressively. 23 So wait patiently for the command of your Lord, and do not yield to anyone among them who is sinful or ungrateful; 24 And remember the Name of your Lord every morning and afternoon [i.e. offering of the Morning (Fajr), Zuhr, and 'Asr prayers]. 25 Prostrate before Him and glorify Him extensively during the night. 26 Surely these love the transitory and neglect a grievous day before them. 27 It is We Who created them, and strengthened their skeleton; and We can replace them with others like them, whenever We will. 28 This is a reminder. Let whoever wishes, take the right path to his Lord. 29 But you cannot will it unless God wills [to show you that way] -- God is indeed all-knowing and wise -- 30 He is Merciful to whom He will; but, for the harmdoers He has prepared for them a painful punishment. 31
