VERILY, those who are conscious of God [shall find themselves in the hereafter] amidst gardens and springs, 45 They will be told: "Enter it in peace and security." 46 We shall strip away all rancour that is in their breasts; as brothers they shall be upon couches set face to face; 47 no fatigue there shall smite them, neither shall they ever be driven forth from there. 48 ۞ (O Prophet), declare to My servants that I am indeed Ever Forgiving, Most Merciful. 49 At the same time, My chastisement is highly painful. 50 And declare thou unto them of Ibrahim's guests. 51 When they entered unto him, and said: Salaman (peace)! [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Indeed! We are afraid of you." 52 They said: Be not afraid, surely we give you the good news of a boy, possessing knowledge. 53 He said: 'What is this, do you bring me glad tidings even though I am old' Of what do you give me glad tidings' 54 "We have given you the happy tidings of a truth," they replied. "So do not be one of those who despair." 55 He said, "No one despairs of the mercy of his Lord except those who are in error. 56 He said: What is your business then, O apostles? 57 They said, "We are sent to a sinful people. 58 “Except the family of Lut; we shall rescue all of them.” 59 "Except his wife, who, We have ascertained, will be among those who will lag behind." 60
