Are you more difficult to create, or is the heaven that He constructed? 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 And after that He spread the earth, 30 He brought out its water and its pastures from it, 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 When the great over-whelming event arrives, 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 And the hell shall be made manifest to him who sees 36 Those who have rebelled 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination, 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 They ask you about the Hour: “When will it be?” 42 (Muhammad), you do not know (when and how) it will come. 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
