The Sun (Al-Shams)
15 verses, revealed in Mecca after Destiny (Al-Qadr) before The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
I swear by the sun and its brilliance, 1 and by the moon when she follows him, 2 Consider the day as it reveals the world, 3 And [by] the night when it covers it 4 And by oath of the heaven and by oath of Him Who made it. 5 And the earth and Him Who spread it, 6 By the Soul, and the proportion and order given to it; 7 and inspired it with knowledge of evil and piety, 8 He will indeed be successful who purifies it, 9 And he fails that corrupts it! 10 The tribe of Thamud denied with rebellion. 11 when the most wretched of them uprose, 12 Then the apostle of Allah said unto them: beware of the she-camel of Allah and her drink. 13 But they belied him, and hamstrung her. So their Lord crushed them for their sin and leveled it (their village). 14 He does not fear the result (of their destruction). 15
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
