Man says: "What! When I am dead, shall I then be raised up alive?" 66 Will not man remember that We created him aforetime, when he was nothing? 67 So by your Lord, We shall assemble them and the devils – all of them – and bring them around hell, fallen on their knees. 68 Then indeed We shall drag out from every sect all those who were worst in obstinate rebellion against the Most Beneficent (Allah). 69 for, indeed, We know best as to which of them is most deserving of the fires of hell. 70 And there is none among you who shall not pass over hell; this is an obligatory affair, binding upon your Lord. (Allah will make everyone pass over the back of hell – on a thin bridge.) 71 But We shall save those who guarded against evil, and We shall leave the wrong-doers therein, (humbled) to their knees. 72 And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Which of [our] two parties is best in position and best in association?" 73 How many generations have We destroyed before them, who were far greater in riches and more boastful! 74 Say: "Ar-Rahman extends the life of those who are astray until they come to realise what had been promised them was either (physical) affliction or (the terror) of Resurrection. Then will they know who is worse in position, and who is weak in supporters. 75 And Allah will increase the guidance for those who have received guidance; and good deeds that remain have the best reward before your Lord, and the best outcome. 76 Hast thou seen him who disbelieveth in Our revelations and saith: Assuredly I shall be given wealth and children? 77 Has he, perchance, attained to a realm which is beyond the reach of a created being's perception? or has he concluded a covenant with the Most Gracious? 78 By no means! We shall write down that which he saith; and We shall lengthen for him of the torment a length. 79 All that he claims will revert to Us, and he will come before Us all alone. 80 And they have taken gods, other than Allah, that they might be a power from them. 81 But they shall reject their worship and turn against them. 82
