O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful. 59 ۞ Truly, if the Hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and those who stir up sedition in the City, desist not, We shall certainly stir thee up against them: Then will they not be able to stay in it as thy neighbours for any length of time: 60 bereft of God's grace, they shall be seized wherever they may be found, and slain one and all. 61 That was the way of Allah in the case of those who passed away of old; thou wilt not find for the way of Allah aught of power to change. 62 Men ask thee concerning the Hour: Say, "The knowledge thereof is with Allah (alone)": and what will make thee understand?- perchance the Hour is nigh! 63 Verily, God has rejected the deniers of the truth, and has readied for them a blazing fire, 64 They will live in it for ever, and will find no saviour or helper. 65 On the day when their faces are turned over in the Fire, they say: Oh, would that we had obeyed Allah and had obeyed His messenger! 66 They shall say, "Our Lord, we paid heed to our leaders and our elders, but they led us away from the right path. 67 Lord, make them to suffer double torment and subject them to the greatest condemnation." 68
