Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 “Enter them with peace, in safety.” 46 And We remove whatever rancour may be in their breasts. As brethren, face to face, (they rest) on couches raised. 47 There no sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they (ever) be asked to leave. 48 ۞ Declare thou unto My bondmen: verily I! I am the Forgiver, the Merciful. 49 and that My punishment is the painful chastisement. 50 And declare thou unto them of Ibrahim's guests. 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 They answered: "We have given thee the glad tiding of something that is bound to come true. So be not of those who abandon hope!" 55 He said: and who despondeth of the mercy of his Lord except the astray 56 He asked: 'Messengers, what is your errand' 57 They said, “We have been sent towards a guilty nation.” 58 All except the household of Lut; surely we are going to deliver all of them. 59 except his wife. We have decreed that she will be among those who remain behind [and will be lost]. 60
