The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ WHEN WHAT IS to happen comes to pass -- 1 There is no belying its coming to pass-- 2 Degrading (some) and exalting (others); 3 When the earth will be shaken with a terrible shake. 4 and the mountains will crumble 5 becoming scattered dust, 6 you shall be divided into three parties, 7 Companions of the Right, what are the Companions of the Right? 8 And the People on the Left: and how miserable will be the People on the Left! 9 and the Outstrippers: the Outstrippers 10 Who will be honoured 11 In the Gardens of delight (Paradise). 12 a large group of the early believers, 13 and a lesser number from the later generations. 14 On lined couches, 15 Reclining on them, facing each other. 16 (and there) shall wait on them immortal youths 17 With goblets and ewers and a cup of pure drink; 18 which will not cause them any intoxication or illness. 19 they will also go about them with the fruits of which they may choose, 20 And the meat of fowl, from whatever they desire. 21 and fair maidens with large, lustrous eyes 22 Like unto preserved pearls. 23 [And this will be] a reward for what they did [in life]. 24 They will not hear therein any vain or sinful talk, 25 Other than "Peace, peace" the salutation. 26 As for the People on the Right, how fortunate shall be the people on the Right! 27 (will be) among thornless Lote trees. 28 Bananatrees, piled 29 and continuous shade, 30 And water everflowing. 31 and an abundance of fruits, 32 Whose season is not limited, nor (supply) forbidden, 33 They shall be on upraised couches, 34 Verily, We have created them (maidens) of special creation. 35 Then We have made them virgins, 36 intensely loving and of matching age. 37 for those on the Right, 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
