And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 And We left for the twain among the posterity: 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Verily, thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers - see V. 2:112). 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 “What! You worship Baal (an idol) and leave the Best Creator?” – 125 "Allah, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?" 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 Lot too was one of the Envoys; 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind: 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
