Have you considered he who turns his back, 33 and gives a little, grudgingly? 34 Does he have any knowledge of the world beyond the ken of sense-perception, and therefore, clearly sees (the Truth)? 35 Hath he not been told of that which is in the writs of Musa. 36 And with Abraham who kept his word: 37 that no bearer of burdens shall be made to bear another's burden; 38 And that man shall have nothing but what he strives for- 39 And that his deeds will be seen, 40 Then shall he be rewarded for it with the fullest reward- 41 And that to your Lord is your returning; 42 that it is He who brings laughter and tears; 43 And that it is He who causes death and gives life 44 And that He createth the pair, the male and the female. 45 out of a [mere] drop of sperm as it is poured forth, 46 And that upon Him (Allah) is another bringing forth (Resurrection); 47 and that it is He who gives riches and causes to hoard, 48 It is He who is the Lord of Sirius. 49 It was He who totally destroyed the former 'Ad 50 and Thamud tribes, 51 And the folk of Noah aforetime, Lo! they were more unjust and more rebellious; 52 and the Subverted City He also overthrew, 53 So that (ruins unknown) have covered them up. 54 About which, then, of thy Sustainer's powers canst thou [still] remain in doubt? 55 He (Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him) is a Herald of Warning, like the former Heralds of Warning. 56 The Imminent is near at hand; 57 Of it, [from those] besides Allah, there is no remover. 58 Do you, perchance, find this tiding strange? 59 Or do you laugh, and do you not weep 60 Wasting your (precious) lifetime in pastime and amusements (singing, etc.). 61 So prostrate yourselves before God and worship him. ۩ 62
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Stars (Al-Najm). Sent down in Mecca after Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas) before He Frowned ('Abasa)

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
