۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 That (this) is indeed a noble Qur'an 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 which none but the pure may touch; 79 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 And ye are then looking on. 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 Wherefore then, if ye are not to be requited 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 then for him there shall be comfort and plenty and a Garden of Bliss; 89 And if he be of the Companions of the Right Hand, 90 'Peace be upon thee, Companion of the Right!' 91 If it is of those who have rejected the Truth and have gone astray, 92 Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water 93 and the roasting in Hell. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty! 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
