The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the chargers panting, 1 And striking off fire by dashing their hoofs. 2 And raiding at dawn 3 and raising clouds of dust, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful. 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 He certainly has a strong love for wealth and riches. 8 ۞ So does he not know? When those in the graves are raised, 9 And the secrets of the hearts exposed, 10 On that day their Lord surely knows all about them! 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
