We have placed the signs of the Zodiac in the sky, and decked it out for those who can see; 16 And (moreover) We have guarded them from every cursed devil: 17 but if anyone eavesdrops, he is pursued by a bright flaming fire. 18 And the earth -- We stretched it forth, and cast on it firm mountains, and We caused to grow therein of every thing justly weighed, 19 And We have provided sustenance for you on it and also for those of whom you are not the providers. 20 For, no single thing exists that does not have its source with Us; and nought do We bestow from on high unless it be in accordance with a measure well-defined. 21 We send impregnating winds and send down water from the sky for you to drink and you have no (control over its) storage. 22 And indeed it is We Who give life and it is We Who cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 We know those who lived before you and those who will come after you. 24 and, behold, it is thy Sustainer who will gather them all together [on Judgment Day]: verily, He is Wise, All-Knowing! 25
