Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), 2 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
