۞ Then We revealed Our will to Moses, saying, "Set forth with My servants, in the night, for you will surely be pursued." 52 Then the Pharaoh sent announcers to the cities, 53 They announced “These people are a small group.” 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 We deprived them (the unbelievers) of gardens, springs, 57 and [deprived them of their erstwhile] station of honour!" 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Verily! In this is indeed a sign (or a proof), yet most of them are not believers. 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
