1/2 Hizb 54
< random >
۞ So I swear by Mawaqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). 75 (and that is indeed a mighty oath, did you but know it) 76 Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an 77 In a Book Hidden. 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Is it such a talk (this Quran) that you (disbelievers) deny? 81 And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]? 82 Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,- 83 right before your very eyes? 84 and while We are closer to him than you, although you see [Us] not: 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 do you not cause the soul to return to him if you are truthful in your claim? 87 If he is among the near 88 For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he is one of the People on the Right, 90 it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. 91 But if he was of the deniers [who were] astray, 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 and a roasting in Hell. 94 Verily, this! This is an absolute Truth with certainty. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
