Man asks, "When I am once dead, shall I be raised to life?" 66 Does man not remember that before We created him he was nothing? 67 By your Lord, We shall most surely gather them and the devils too; and bring them close to hell on their knees. 68 Then We will most certainly draw forth from every sect of them him who is most exorbitantly rebellious against the Beneficent Allah. 69 We know best who deserve to be burnt in (the Fire). 70 There is not one of you who shall not go down to it: such is a thing decreed, determined by your Lord. 71 Then We shall deliver those that feared Allah and leave the wrong-doers there on their knees. 72 When Our clear revelations are recited to those who deny the Truth they are wont to say to those who have faith: "Which of the two groups has a better status and whose assemblies are grander?" 73 And how many a generation We destroyed before them, who were fairer in furnishing and outward show! 74 Say: "As for him who lives in error, may the Most Gracious lengthen the span of his life! [And let them say whatever they say until the time when they behold that [doom] of which they were forewarned - whether it be suffering [in this world] or [at the coming of] the Last Hour - for then they will understand which [of the two kinds of man] was worse in station and weaker in resources! 75 (On the contrary), Allah increases in guidance those who follow the Right Way. Lasting acts of righteousness are better in the sight of your Lord as reward and conducive to a better end. 76 Have you seen him who denies Our revelations, and says: "I will certainly be given wealth and children." 77 Has he, perchance, attained to a realm which is beyond the reach of a created being's perception? or has he concluded a covenant with the Most Gracious? 78 No! We will record what he says and extend for him from the punishment extensively. 79 To Us shall return all that he talks of and he shall appear before Us bare and alone. 80 They have sought honor from other gods instead of God. 81 By no means! They shall soon deny their worship and shall become their adversaries instead. 82
